We are Azienda Agricola Colucci, based in the heart of the province of Foggia, in Puglia. Our mission is simple and ambitious at the same time: to show that it is possible to produce outstanding food and textile products by combining our technical and scientific know-how to respect and enhance the ecosystem we live in.
Farmers for three generations, we believe that true quality cannot exist without respect for the land. That's why we chose the path of regenerative organic farming. Our agronomic practices — crop rotation, green manure, minimum tillage and manuring — are designed to actively increase the organic matter in our soils, sequester carbon and preserve biodiversity.
Healthy soil is our most valuable asset and the guarantee of a superior product. This philosophy translates into outstanding crops.
Our philosophy
Every farming decision is designed to give fertility back to the land. Crop rotation, cover crops and zero synthetic chemicals are our daily routine.
We are certified organic and ROC (Regenerative Organic Certified). Not just a label: a verified, traceable commitment across the entire supply chain.
We respect the people who work with us, those who buy our products and the land we live on. Regenerative agriculture is also a human and social choice.
Our produce
We know well that an excellent final product – whether a pack of pasta, a jar of sauce or a shirt – cannot do without the quality of its raw material. We are that first, essential link in the chain. Our ethics and our passion are the foundation on which the true value of Made in Italy is built. Choosing our products means investing in an agriculture that cares for the landscape, supports a virtuous local economy and brings the authenticity and quality of regenerative Puglia to the table (and into the wardrobe).
